Lots of factors go into girls dropping and every chapter has girls that drop every semester. Sophomore year is the best year in greek life so juniors and seniors tend to drop due to cost, too many required events, studying abroad, not wanting to go through recruitment and simply growing out of the frat/Greek life scene. Just because your in a top sorority doesn’t mean girls don’t drop. They may fill for numbers more quietly but no chapter ever stays at max
