Dchi and pikapp

I am going to be rushing this semester and as of now I’m interested in dchi and pikapp. my friends told me to keep an eye out for them welcome week. what are the differences between the two? Is one better than the other? any insight appreciated

Both are on the rise big time. I think pikapp got brownstone which is huge for next year but they are like the same frat

Uh probs cuz all 4 are top 10 frats at Michigan😂 any from the upper mid are nearly equivalent besides for asig. Everything from pike to pikapp are about even. Dchi and pikapp mix with some of the top frats while most of the other upper mids don’t mix with any
