which frats have the biggest houses

I just want to know who has the biggest houses on campus so I know where to rush. I don't want to pull up to some shack.

Fair warning, with exception to Fiji, the best frats have absolute dumps for houses.

A trend at umich is the better the frat the worse the house. Phi Psi looks like a crack house, asig is a shack, aepi is an apartment building, dke sucks, etc.

sae beta snu and Fiji all have notably large houses compared to other frats. Phi delt is also up there, but yeah that's basically it. top houses live in shacks tbh.

True because phi Delt is a bottom tier frat. They’ll definitely move up with the merger but they haven’t even been on campus with their new members yet. Their house will also likely take a beating now that they’re socially relevant.
