So they aren’t mixing w frats anymore and rumor has it, at winterfest, they sent groups of girls to every single winterfest tailgate to scope out new frats to mix with. Is this true?

Yeah despite pi phi having a registered mixer w phi delt, pi phi sophomores and pledges were assigned to team snu, team phi delt, team shady/beta, team sae, and then the older girls went wherever.
