Not the greatest brotherhood but always throw killer parties and mix with hot girls. New PC isn't great but it keeps them at par. Definitely Tier 1.5

They are slipping a little, but all the guys i know there a pretty damn nice. To me it seems like people rip apart their brotherhood just cuz they throw killer parties. But honestly whats better for brotherhood than a nice rager?

Losing their house after next year to Sigma Nu which is coming back. With the house goes their reputation because they have no brotherhood and just a bunch of tools. Once they lose their house they'll be bottom tier
