why was i dropped and help

I got dropped from piphi chio and theta but returned to kappa. I thought kappa was the hardest to get back so please someone help explain how it’s decided? I have 2 mutual friends with kappa girls that’s it. Extraordinarily average conversation both days, will I get requested back? If not I’m droppin lol HELP

While kappa and pi phi are top houses, kappa, pi phi, theta, and chi o have the highest retention rates of the houses so they all cut a similar amount on open house and philanthropy
