Frat ranking for incoming freshmen

Snu- Casa always good with excellent relations. New pcs have pushed them above theta chi.

Theta chi- excellent chap house and relations. Pcs have been worse in recent semesters compared to Snu.

Tep- on the rise recently with great house and pcs relations are also getting better

Sig chi- Sorority relations keep them going, and consistent pcs. Losing Calvert hurts them.

Lambda- On the rise recently with better relations and pcs. New houses push them up higher

Ato- Been on the downfall recently with relations falling, and pcs getting worse. Brick is not a good enough party house.

Zeta psi- Darties are always good. Party house is holding them back on the inside. Relations and pcs are decent.

Beta- Darty house is solid. Sorority relations are decent, and pcs have been good.

KA- been getting better with improved pcs, but party house and relations are not good enough.

Dsig- last of good frats. Relations are mediocre, and pcs have been mid.
