Frat Rankings for upcoming freshman

Touse: Theta Chi, Sigma nu - easily the two best chapters and have the best guys, theta chi’s fall and spring are better then snus fall and spring but still both rlly good. Both have good party houses and should be the only two frats you rush
Jew Touse: tep - if your jewish af join them, they have good relations, crack all the jewish girls, and their chapter house has tuff parties
Upper Mouse: Sig chi, Ato - can’t even say they are lower touse, honestly they have both fallen off so bad in the last few years, sig chi lost calvert and didn’t get a great pc, ato is buns and they have a bunch of weirdos in their new pcs also brick is some ass, if you are rushing them go sig chi
Mouse: zeta psi, lambda, dsig, ka, beta - all really mid nothing special to say. Beta has poolhouse which is tuff for darties and zeta psi has a tuff darty house as well. mid relations and a bunch of mid dudes wit some of em being really cool and got tricked into joining a mouse frat
Every other frat is literally irrelevant, don’t even join the frats that aren’t on this list they most likely suck
