Real Frat tier list

No order in tiers

Tier 1: Snu, Sig Chi, ato, Theta Chi

Snu having Casa back really helps them out best party house, good sorority relations too. Sig chi mainly run bars, has good relations with sororities, but not having chapter off campus holds it back a bit. Theta chi and ato have really good relations to sororities but give a lot of bids.

These are frats you want to shoot for

Tier 2: Tep, Lambda, Beta, Zeta Psi

These frats are all pretty good, could be tier 1 with a good pc or 2. Tep and lambda definitely on the rise. Beta and zeta psi have good darties and relations with decent sororities.

All are good, great spot to take a bid

Tier 3: KA, ZBT, Dsig

They’re alright
