Social House Question

Who has the best social house in CP? Also, how can certain frats like TEP and OX throw in their chap while others have smaller "party houses"

Used to love theta chi, but then i went to the TOUSEMAS 3x3 at Lambda and saw Nate "Nate Bacon" Bacon and my oh my Vegas is by far the best social house.

Never heard of anyone throwing in their chapter house? Drinking in them is strictly prohibited

I could be wrong and probably I am wrong. But it might have something to do with where the chapter house is located. Is it on campus, or off campus. If it is located on fraternity row or the graham cracker, that is on campus. There are others. But some chapter houses are off campus. I’m pretty sure AGR is off campus. So is Theta Chi. Some fraternities prefer party houses so they don’t destroy the main chapter house. Hope this helps.
