1. Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) – Top-tier all year; strong sorority relations and social.

2. Sigma Chi (ΣΧ) – Large pledge class and premier house. Consistently mentioned in top-three discussions and known for big events.

3. Sigma Nu (ΣΝ) – Still top-tier despite losing main party house. Strong reputation and cool members kept them high, but lack of socials hurt slightly.

4. Theta Chi (ΘX) – Seen as “easily top” organization. Rose to prominence after taking in members from recently closed house and inherited strong sorority relations.

5. Tau Epsilon Phi (TEP) – Hosts big events like Tepfest and pulls strong classes. Maintains solid upper-tier spot, socials mostly with top and upper-mid sororities.

6. Zeta Psi (ΖΨ) – Most consistent upper mid-tier with good PCs. Strong darty (day party) presence. Mostly socials with upper-mid sororities.

7. Delta Sigma Phi (ΔΣΦ) – Improving fast with strong pledge classes. House location is a drawback, but good relations and growth keep them upper-mid.

8. Lambda Chi Alpha (ΛΧΑ) – Good history and decent sorority ties. Recent social pause due to setback, but likely to rebound.

9. Beta Theta Pi (ΒΘΠ) – Mid-tier staple known for hosting frequent and open darties. Solid presence with middle sororities.

10. Alpha Delta Phi (ΑΔΦ) – Similar vibe to Beta but slightly weaker pull. Hosts frequent darties, stays mid-tier.

11. Kappa Alpha (KA) – Suspended; no socials in 2024–25. Still draws some members, but status dropped hard.

12. Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) – Lower-mid tier. Would rise with a main house; occasionally joins larger events.

13. Phi Kappa Tau (ΦΚΤ) – Enthusiastic but low-tier. Always “on the come up,” but lacks strong socials.

18. Sigma Alpha Mu (ΣΑΜ) – Big class in Fall 2024 sparked optimism, but most still view Sammy as bottom tier.

19. Chi Phi (XΦ) – Smallest presence; mostly mentioned as a joke. Remains the lowest-ranked IFC chapter.
