At Mines the greek life isn't that of a typical university just because of the nature of the school itself; it's an engineering college so the student body isn't the same as that of a larger school, therefore, the those in greek life also aren't really the same. However, A Phi in terms of stereotypical sorority aesthetic (nothing is wrong with that lol) is the most aligned with normal stereotypes revolving around sororities everywhere else. Take that as you want but its not negative they just have very defined characteristics and an overall obvious identity that can be seen in its members and such. They are extremely social and very fun, most known for partying amongst the other sororities. They are bubbly and have exaggerated similar personalities which can be overwhelming at times but when they aren't all together at once that energy is really toned down.

Honestly you hear so many things about this sorority but they are the hottest sorority on campus. Girls that say other wise got dropped. I thought they weren’t nice until I started talking to some of them

There are some sweet girls in this house but majority are super exclusive to outsiders and they have their own cliques within the chapter. They have little to no sisterhood in the upper pledge classes but the lower pledge class is a lot better! (PC ‘17 and ‘18)

Generally known for their successful on-campus philanthropies and having attractive women. However, from what I've heard, sisterhood doesn't hold a candle to the other sororities at Mines.

Not very nice. They push girls out that they don't feel that they fit even after they've joined. The sisterhood is basically non existant. They really only go for looks, nothing else seems to matter to them.
