UPDATED Frat Ranks Pre-Winter Rush

Top:
Sig chi- the hottest group of guys from traditional "top houses." Great parties although I think they only rush fall.
SAE- the frattiest frat with the best connections/relations. Their parties are very mediocre in my opinion.
SNU- Honestly my favorite house on the row by far. They throw the best parties hands-down and have a lot of hot, kind men. Their raids are also so much fun!!
Phi Psi- These guys have risen so much in the last year. Best physical house and they've had some insane collaborations with external orgs.

Upper Mid:
Sig Ep- I've never been the biggest fan of their house but I do have some friends here who are awesome. Definitely a mixed bag w/ good relations.
Beta- Rising without a doubt. Great parties and an ok mix of guys. You can never go wrong with a beta party (shoutout the water slide).
Taxi-This house has changed so much recently. From bouse my freshman year to throwing some of the best parties on the row w/ way better relations. Honestly go you guys.

Mid:
Aepi- This house is so overhated! Their parties are lowkey dead but I'm always treated with such kindness by their brothers.
Theta Chi- They're back this year! I wish them nothing but the best as they've been gone for a while. Don't know too much about them.

Bouse:
Dsig- Gays but mean gays lmao. Go to theta chi for nice gays.
ZBT- Their fall off needs to be studied.
Pike- Don't know anything about them.
Sig Pi- Cover your drinks or just don't go all-together! Not worth your time or health
