Each of these houses has very different personalities, so it doesn't necessarily make sense to compare them or try to determine which is better. Just like all the houses on the row, these are good houses. Maybe go through fall recruitment to see which you like better - it's different for everyone.

Like Letting You Know said all of these houses are different but here are some general observations about them that most people would probably agree with:
Pi Phi: have a lot of fun/party a lot, seem to have a good social calendar
ChiO: cool girls who are bro-y but not in a weird way and kind of have your dad's sense of humor
GPhi: more down to earth and kind of "cool mom" vibes, high GPA and seem active in campus organizations
There's obviously a lot more to all of these houses though so you should just go through rush and see for yourself if that's why you're asking
