I was a pi phi and had to drop because I could not stand the drama and self obsession. They make it seem like everyone loves it but nobody is happy and the chapter just lies to the members and says what they want to hear to inflate the girls egos.

This is the only house on greek rank where 99% of the bad ranks are actually true and not just BS. It's getting sad. These girls are so judgemental and actually think that it's cute. Not very pleasant to be around if you ask me.

Hi, Pi phi. Do not ignore the fact that you leave many girls feeling unwelcome when they do not fit your mold. Advice for next recruitment: Do not let your girls sit there and talk with each other and not let the pnm have a chance to engage in their conversation. Do not have your girls laughing at a pnm and giving her dirty looks when she does talk. Do not make someone feel like they didn’t have a chance. Fake it til you make it because that is more respectful.

These girls are very genuine. There are so many different groups and places anyone can fit into. Don’t let what other sorority girls say with no name on here effect your decision! Any house at Texas Tech is amazing.

Don’t make opinions on houses off of Greek rank. Make your decisions off of your conversations with the girls, that’s how you’ll know which house you like. All of the sororities are great and if you do this process the right way, you will find life long friends. Im posting this on each house. Each house deserves your time and each house has been working super hard. Keep an open mind. Greekrank is not the way to go.

Too strict! Only lets you even go out more than two times a week a d have to have a super high gpa (3.5 or higher) and have to constantly be at mtgs that do nothing. And super high drama. Not a good one
