I LOVE Phi Delt. Hands down my favorite fraternity at Tech. I'd go to a Phi Delt house party over a bar night for another fraternity any day. The parties are so fun, the guys are real gentleman, and they are extremely good looking. You can ask any girl and they will say Phi Delt is in their top 3 fraternities here. Not to mention other fraternities don't like when you bring up Phi Delt (because they're jealous) At the end of the day, Phi Delta will always be the #1 fraternity on campus and will always have the cutest guys, done and done.

Easily the best fraternity still around at Tech. They throw the best parties and are the most respectful towards girls. A lot of cute guys, some can be douche bags sometimes, but easily the top of the top when it comes to greek life at Tech.
