Just plain weird. Despite their main competition doing worse for housing these past couple years Kappa Sig is still widely seen as not a good frat here, and I doubt they’ll go anywhere in the future either.

These guys will always be weird. They have two decent houses but their parties suck (just a bunch of adpis and geed guys as always) and they would be bottom tier if zbt and other frats that are total jokes didn’t exist

This is only a relevant frat for geeds. Just ask anyone in Greek life and they’ll tell you that they are not relevant or that much better than ZBT. The guys don’t have many friends in other frats and from what I’ve heard their mixers are largely unattended with girls only stopping by to get free alc before going to a better party.
