Why is theta doing cob??

I’m not familiar with post formal recruitment protocol but don’t most chapters wait until some of the pc drops, usually by sem 2 before announcing plans for cob? I wonder why theta already got cob plans ready to go??

last year agd was telling girls to drop formal recruitment and wait until COB in the fall lmfao and pi phi had to take an extra 15 girls right after formal recruitment its more common than u think
