definitive frat/sorority ranking end of year 2018/2019

For the frats we rank them based on the coolest guys, best house, sorority relations, and parties, likewise for the sororities we rank them by hottest girls, fun to party with, and fraternity relations. This takes into account both semesters but weighs the end of the year slightly more.

Frat Rankings
Top Tier: Fiji, Zeta
Mid Tier: Sigs, LXA, Ksig
Bottom Tier: Pike, DU
Irrelevant Tier: The Rest

sorority Rankings
Top Tier: Aphi, AGD
Mid tier: Aopi
Bottom tier: PiPhi, Theta

aopi should be bottom tier, and theta mid tier for the sororitys, but the frat rankings are mostly accurate considering the criterion

Next year Zeta Psi are going back down to irrelevant tier now that all their cooks guys are gone. Kappa sigs will take their spot top tier, they have the best house, so many cool guys and massive funding.

Ya du sucks but they actually have mixers and are legit so they are at the bottom of the rankings but Ksig shouldn’t even be on the list
