To be fair they do have a sick house now. They're nowhere near the top - not even middle tier yet, but with their new house this is their chance to grow. Get a good pledge class if possible, work on relations, throw some parties and could work your way up. Worst thing you could do is take anyone into your next couple pledge classes. Smaller with quality guys is better than the opposite.

Honestly a real perspective. They're a new frat, I do admire how fast they were able to colonize at UWO. Their new house is sick. Their recruiting website looks sweet. But they are a new frat and have no sorority relations. I'd suggest to them to just tough it out and throw open parties for now, still have socials and something that your brothers can look forward to and establish yourselves on campus further. Seems like they're going the right direction, and they are doing something different compared to all the other new frats that began at Western and then just sat idle, so props to them on that. So yeah, if no mixers, that's not the end all be all, thrown open parties and if they're good establish yourselves more on campus. And reach out to sorority girls among the different types of girls you're inviting and establish yourselves that way, in the future they will come.
