Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Washington and Lee University - WLU 4.2 Chi Psi itself is very small; almost half of the fraternity is the 2014 Pledge class, who are would be SAEs... it's safe to say the SAE upperclassmen have essentially taken over this fraternity socially, which means when you take into account Windfall, lower, late night, and the general respectability of the SAE guys, Chi Psi has rocketed to the top tier.
