Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.7 Nice house. Unfortunately probation will keep them from having parties for 2 years. They will still be on the row but it just won’t be the same fun time.

Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 I graduated a few years ago, and recommend considering a house for it's alumni connections, which TKE has many. They have several very wealthy active donors and many more who provide networking and connections post graduation. Their alumni football tailgate still remains the most well attended of any fraternity.
