Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.3 A solid middle tier house with a wide variety of guys. Probably the nicest house on the Row. They do events with basically every sorority, from the upper tier to the lowest, which to me shows how well-liked/respectable they are. As somebody said, parties are hit or miss, but I've never seen it totally dead there.

SOmetimes their parties are dead by midnight, but i've been to a few really good ones. their old social chair is really hot

The Fall 11' PC is really solid, with really good looking, chill guys. Definitely my favorite house, and the favorite of many of my sorority sisters.
