Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.2 Their obvious self ranks are just their only selling point they have of “well you’re not gonna get SA’d here” which they for some reason think they deserve praise for when really that’s what’s expected and almost always the case at every other house here

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.5 Can we put some respect on Phi Delt's name?? Every girl I've spoken with feels safe there and they've thrown some fun darties/mixers with houses like Adpi, DG, and Tri Delt this year. They've got a great PC this semester and the strongest brotherhood on the row. I would not be surprised if Phi Delt moves up in the rankings over the next year.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 Very nice and I felt safe there for many reasons. I could trust myself walking in the door and k mowing tht what I was wearing would be ok. Never doubted that my drink was safe.

No, they are not the equivalent of the top 3, but every semester these guys always steal top guys from other houses, and overall are some of the most likeable and respectable people at SC. If they can raise the quality of their brothers on average to their best guys, this house will go up.
