Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 5.0 I don't understand why people are hatin on kappa so much. Who cares if they arent involved in the greek system at all? It isnt a bad thing to only have GDI friends instead of greek friends. Just because you join a sorority, it doesn't mean your going to have friends in your sorority. They aren't the only sorority that has pretty girls who only join for the rep and nothing else, so all this hate is useless.

GDI = god damn independent (someone who is NOT in a fraternity or sorority)

Where does this GDI nonsense come from, kappa has a bunch of really close-knit group of friends in their sisterhood, they have great frats relations but they are also open minded and don't lock themselves up in the Greek bubble, nothing wrong with that

Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.4 It's frustrating to see how they rely so so so so much on alums who have GRADUATED from ubc. It makes you look desperate when you highlight pretty girls without mentioning that there are alums in the facebook album (which is against the panhel rules fyi). Same goes for gamma phi and their photoshoot which included alums. I can't say what their sisterhood is like on the inside, but from the outside, they seem too superficial.

They also have pretty bad attitudes, but maybe it's just me but that seem step to be improving, probably cause people were giving them so much grief. Personally I feel they rely too much on alums in social media. Kappa does a very good job at making themselves seem relevant. Fraternities still love them, but by the end of the year most realized kappa wasn't the end all be all.
