What does Sigma Chi even do?

Do these guys exist outside of greekrank? I mean I hear people all the time going to pretty much every "top house" at purdue, but these guys are deadass off probo and I never see anything. Really weird considering that people seem to think that they are on par with all the top party houses on campus
