Pi kapps rush bid timeline

When does pi kapps give bids typically? Do they have a minimum requirement of number of times you need to show to the house to get a bid?

I’ve heard they are a very prestigious house and usually don’t give out bids unless you are at rush most days for the whole time. If you want a bid I wouldn’t go to any other houses and just stay there until they give you one
