Ask your gamma chi, but you can’t suicide bid if you’re planning on COB. That means if your top house drops you then you get no bid and can’t rush until the next primary. A good rule of thumb for deciding whether to drop is if you have 2-3 or more sororities you could see yourself being happy in, you’re going to be just fine!

1. If you get back houses you don’t feel you’re a fit- then drop all together. You can then COB or possibly get a snap bid. Those are instant bids bc a house needs more pledges and didn’t make quota.

2. If you get 2 houses and don’t like one- you still have to go- you can suicide and rank only 1 house. But if your #1 house cuts you- no bid and will have to wait til next year.
3. If you rank both- and you’re not in the top half of your #1 choice but are in your #2- you’ll get a bid there- you can give them a chance as all sororities offer thee same things- it’s what YOU make of it. You also don’t have to accept the bid. Then you have to wait until next year.
