Do I pledge to SAE or Theta Chi?

I’ve rushed both SAE and Theta Chi,
Both seem amazing. Their guys feel so genuine where even though you just met them they feel like you’ve been friends forever. Their houses are beautiful. So can anyone tell me about their experiences with the houses? How are their parties & party attendance? How’s their reputation? How are they with sororities? Etc.
