SAE- Theta Chi ????

Is it true that SAE and Theta Chi are having a party Thursday??? With kappa and a phi??? This shouldn't be allowed. Other houses should get a chance to function with the chance that people show up but if these two houses pair like this everyone will just go to their stuff which means no other house will have a good football season because their pairings will just try to go to a SAE- Theta Chi function. This should be stopped. NOW
