Chi O top house???

Can someone explain to me how Chi-O is a top sorority when they never go out or legit participate in anything??? idk about you guys, but that doesn't make any sense to me.

Agreed…. They never do anything and even their new PC is always banned from going out because they get in so much trouble and are disrespectful

Chi O is still being ranked on their old reputation. For years it was always Kappa and Chi O as the undisputed top two—period.
Kappa has maintained their historic strength while Chi O has slipped, being replaced by other stronger chapters.
NOTE: At that same former time, Theta was VERY mid-tier. They’ve become more desirable and risen in recent years.
