I think you’re a DDD wanna be. The DDD bashers here are just jelly. For the 3rd year in a row, they got a phenomenal pledge class. As did DG, DZ, XO & AZD.
The always preconceived top tier duo KKG & A Phi are the ones tanking.
Lower top, mid and lower tiered houses are on the rise, so get use to it.

I think you’re a DDD desperately trying to self rank your house and haphazardly complimenting other middle tier houses to cover it up. Why are you always scrambling to respond only whenever someone mentions DDD? Try being less predictable.

Lollolololol.... if you only knew. No, I’m DEFINITELY NOT a DDD. Just stating facts. Even gamma phi beta did decent this year, so.....
Funny, everyone on here claims it’s DDD or DZ self ranking, but none of the other houses do that. Oooookkkaaay.

Kinda agree that the folks that hit it out of the park weren’t aphi and kappa. There wasn’t much crossing between these 2 either which is curious. Also, people this year chose chi o over either aphi and kappa in fairly large numbers which was very curious to see as well. Not sure zooming was kind to either kappa or aphi this year. Seems like a lot of the chat here that is dismissed as gossip, was in fact correct as we saw many houses do really well zooming and other houses not so well. Guess zooming is kinda like looking into a truth telling ball where authenticity prevails and fake fails! Just sayin!

Agree. Glad you said it as people are talking about this but nobody has posted about it here. I don't think APhi is top anymore and I'm not even sure they are all that relevant either. Houses either add value to their members and community or not and I'm not sure APhi does either.

Truth is APhi and Kappa did fabulous on zoom! ChiO is really not in their league but great girls are in all houses.

As a new PMN in a mid tier house, everyone wanted Aphi and Kappa during recruitment and the girls are gorgeous. Some PMNs did pick ChiO first but that was only because they didn't think they could get into Kappa or APhi.
The ranking is spot on. No, I'm not a top house but a new PMN in a mid house and love it. DZ, AXO, Zeta and AZD did well.

Idk if I agree that people picked chi o because they didn’t think they would get aphi or kappa. The numbers don’t support this theory completely. There was a lot of cross between aphi and chio but not so much between kappa and chio. There was a lot of cross amongst all three though. Going into pref many that had chio and aphi then ranked chio 1 and aphi 2. There was a reason for this and it wasn’t that they didn’t think they wouldn’t get aphi. Something was up with the way Aphi zoomed and connected. Kappa seemed to want a very specific person too this year and there was definitely overlap with chio and aphi going into pref but I think what happened is that with this combo that pnm ranked kappa 1 and either aphi or chio 2. But this year chio did well going into pref and was working mainly off its 1 list vs aphi which was working off 1 and 2 list. Without doing more research my sense is that kappa pulled from its 1 and 2 list as well but pulled more 1’s vs aphi, which is why things ended up the way they did. This year PNMs liked what they experienced from chio and many people talked about the energy coming from chio via zoom vs either aphi or kappa. Don’t get me wrong, these are all fine houses as are the rest of the houses here. But, chio did something right that connected with PNMs via zoom and I think people ranked them 1 vs 2 going into pref because they wanted them and not because they didn’t think they would get aphi or kappa. This is a simplified explanation as dz was part of the mix too. But the big story I think was chio this year. Energy and vibe across the board seemed to rule the day in all the houses that had super recruitment results.
