how do some frats even have houses
by: ?How does sigma pi, acacia, skulls have relatively large houses if they have a around 20 members. They they get suspended and have to reorg or something. Meanwhile stg had like over a 100 and their nationals still wouldn’t buy them a house. Also how did phi tau use to be a top house if they don’t even have one.
