Went to a party last semester. Their basement is small and overrated. AGR and Pike of the same row clears this house. Brothers are all creepy and offering to show you the rest of their house.

On the come up, definitely keep an eye on them. Parties can be hit or miss, but whenever I interact with the brothers they seem like a group of classy guys. Brotherhood is def elite, seems like all the guys know each other super well.
