On the RISE! Solid house and group of guys. Most of my friends would say this is the house they prefer (safe, nice, good looking, smart). If you need to be part of a fraternity with the Top Tier reputation, keep walking. If you want a house with a down to earth reputation, you can’t go wrong. Yes, there are a few guys that don’t know how to talk to girls, but so do all houses. Really nice house!

Sigma Chi talks a big game, but somehow the energy never quite matches the hype. Their parties feel like they’re trying a little too hard to be legendary, and the vibe can come off more forced than fun. You show up expecting chaos and leave wondering if you missed something. Credit where it’s due—they’ve got tradition—but sometimes it feels like they rely on that instead of actually bringing the excitement. It’s not the worst place to be, just not exactly the top-tier experience they claim to offer.
