On the RISE! Solid house and group of guys. Most of my friends would say this is the house they prefer (safe, nice, good looking, smart). If you need to be part of a fraternity with the Top Tier reputation, keep walking. If you want a house with a down to earth reputation, you can’t go wrong. Yes, there are a few guys that don’t know how to talk to girls, but so do all houses. Really nice house!

These losers boost their ratings and are still bottom. Super weird with girls. Multiple of my friends said every time they go there they leave feeling uncomfortable. Shimmy is super weird with chicks. Only like 2 guys are chill. If you are a girl be careful and if you want to rush this is definitely not the place to go.
