Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Purdue University West Lafayette - PU 4.6 Had a 4-Way w/ them at AKL the other day. Great guys, lot of fun, and definitely upper middle tier. They're a dry house so they can't really party in their own house, but they still manage to stay pretty involved in the Greek community.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Purdue University West Lafayette - PU 1.0 This is a very sad house. All of the brothers seem to be very weird. They don't even party at their own house. Do not make the mistake of rushing here. You will regret it.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Purdue University West Lafayette - PU 1.2 The house looks good. I can't say much about the people in though. While the house is trying to climb, I imagine it'll drop again. Probably get kicked off campus. They're pretty reckless and don't seem to understand how to operate as a Greek house. I know several fraternities and sororities would love to buy the house when they leave. Not to mention Purdue also wants the land to build more academic buildings. With all these factors to consider, I doubt the house will remain standing.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Purdue University West Lafayette - PU 3.8 Top of the middle tier and they deserve respect cause they managed to stay relevant even as a dry house. Truly grasp the concept of maintaining a historied Fraternity.
