I haven not really heard anything bad about phi delt. They are a dry house, but I think they still throw down from time to time. The phi delts that I know are super nice guys. I wish we did more with them and I wish they were more involved in the greek community.

These guys are pretty accepting and know where they stand but don’t really seem to care! Our houses don’t talk but I love hanging out with them because they’re so nice

Always a really cool house with really friendly brothers. If they threw more events at there house and weren’t dry they would easily be top tier.
