I felt safe and the guys were all really nice, unlike some of the other gropy houses. My friend lost her phone and couldn't get home and they drove us and then brought the phone back the next day!

Blatant self-ranking. Closer to the bottom tier than the middle- you have parties with no girls and if they do come, creepy members of your house aggressively try to hook up with them. I will say that guys here are mostly nice but as somebody mentioned, a couple bad eggs ruin your house image. You might want to make them GTFO because they aren't doing you any favors.
