Objective Frat Rankings from Junior in a Sorority

Big Four: Dke, Phi Delt, Beta, Phi Gam (all of these have always been and will always be the best with the most money and influence. Phi Gam is more eastern NC and conservative, DKE has a lot of out of state, Phi Delt and Beta are heavy Charlotte & private school. Specific order of top four is subjective).

Chi Psi (larger PCs, they do spring rush, and don't throw often but have a few very big parties. Good mix of personality types and hometowns).

Chi Phi, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu (all are very solid, SNUs don't have a great reputation. Chi Phi's are awesome and very nice overall, and throw good tailgates).

PiKA, AEPi, Zeta Psi (not as good but still throw good events. Zeta Psi had some huge parties last year, namely Ian Asher and Bobby Shmurda).

SAE, PiKapp (good group of guys, PiKapp's have money, SAEs are very fun and close).
