You can debate the order within the tiers all day because of personality differences but there isn’t really a difference in popularity. So much of this is just personal preference but these tiers are accurate
Frats
DKE / Beta / Phi Gam
Sig Chi (top tier but not quite as high as top 3)
Sig Nu / Pi Kapp / Chi Psi / ATO
Pika / Kappa Sig / Chi Phi / Zete / SAE / DU
Pi Lam / Lambda / Alpha Sig / AEPi
Srats
Tri Delt / Chi O / ADPi
KD
ZTA (both are upper middle but KD outranks zta)
APhi / AXO
Phi Mu / Pi Phi / Kappa
Don’t get all butthurt if you don’t like your group’s ranking, all these have something to offer

Five years later and this still holds true but I’d move tridelt down a tier. They only attract a specific type of girl but xo, adpi, zeta, and aphi all attract a larger variety because they don’t limit themselves to girls from one high school or summer camp. KD has too much high school drama that continued into college
