Quota this year was 46. This is essentially an average, some houses were a few girls above or below, but no number was drastic for any house. As far as any one house "missing" it, every house was around that number, that's how Panhel divides PNMs.

This is the correct answer, not every house is assigned the exact same number of girls in their pledge class every year. There is a median, and some are a few above and some are a few below
