What do you gain by spreading rumors? I know several Phi Mus. They are not losing their house. They are going to build a new house so they don't have to rent any more.

I really liked this house during recruitment. They were so nice and friendly. They still chat with me when we see each other on campus. The only reason I didn't pledge is because I couldn't afford to be in a sorority.

everyone always says they r a bottom house but never say why ? i never hear about any drama or anything bad regarding them except that they r a bottom house which makes no sense. they r cute girls that seem to actually like each other. they def should be ranked higher, especially when the bottom houses they r up against have MAJOR drama issues and are just rude. y’all deserve better

your recruitment counselor won’t tell u this but all of phc exec knows they’re losing their house due to low membership. i feel bad for the girls, but their dishonesty about their status makes me feel less bad
