If you’re selecting a house based on that - good luck! What a lame post by people who are bashing location - it’s the sisterhood and girls in the house that matter! These ladies are great. A mixture of looks, brains and hobbies - just like the rest. People just need to chill out!

Location location location. It does matter. In January when its 20 below zero and you have to walk 2 miles to class. This location is horrible.

Intelligent people join groups of other people. Not a location or a physical structure. Anyone who joins somewhere based on location or how nice a house is rather than the women or men involved is making the wrong choice and is likely to be unhappy. Location, applied here, is applied incorrectly.
