There’s way better houses here on campus, plus not to mention they’ve taken a noticeable dive in their quality in the recent years. All you need to do to see how lame they are is look at the guy chain replying to all the negative reviews. Maybe put some more effort into figuring it out and you won’t have to snap bid every dude with a heartbeat during the last week like you usually do LOL

Although they are a bottom house right now, they have a lot going for them. Really nice physical house. Some brothers are great, some are freaks. If they can pull the right pledge classes in the next few years, they are only going up.

these guys are total chodes and the house smells like wet dog the entire time. 0 bar pull so nobody even shows up, and the basement is just gross with dudes who don't talk to anyone. no sorority relations and they only snap bid dudes with a heartbeat because everyone else already left.
