Theta Xi is very underwhelming and their new pc has a thing for self ranks. The guys in this frat are kinda weird and creepy (not attractive), and girls do NOT like to come here. My friends only go for the free booze when there's nothing else going on. :( Do better.

These guys have a really nice house but their parties are hit or miss, and the brothers are okay. Not a top house at all. Definitely lower tiered. I think the nice house just hides their lack in quality

There are a lot of quality guys in this frat. They have some pretty crazy 23s that always spice things up. They are definitely the under dogs of this campus

I think the negative reviews for theta chi are a little over exaggerated, but I agree that this house has kind of a big head about itself. If you want to be a top house, it's not enough to say you are one- ACT like one.
