honestly this house is a complete bouse and i dont get why anyone even talks to them anymore. the whole place is kinda nasty, the basement lights flicker, the bathroom tile is cracked, and the AC breaks every time it gets warm. their parties are always empty, like maybe 20 people in there and half are trying to leave early. no bar pull, no sorority relations, just a bunch of guys sitting in a cold house waiting for something to happen.

bro I went to one party there and the whole room was just five guys glued to FIFA or 2K in the chapter room all night, honestly not a single one of them looked up to talk to the girls who came all the way to the house. literally felt like we were waiting in line for their break while the chapter room smelled like old pizza. bro I left before my drink even melted and I genuinely pity these guys for being so stuck in their own little group.
