Comment:  this is a straight up bouse with zero social presence. their parties are mostly just a handful of guys in the living room and the basement never fills up, plus their bar pull is basically nonexistent. they bid every single guy who even says hi to them during rush, which makes the whole house feel like a waiting room instead of a touse.
