Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 4.0 Went to a few parties at this house, the guys were all really nice and respectful. They definitely can catch a vibe. The inside is very pretty and I would go back 100%.
