Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 3.4 The brothers are all great guys, as a girl I trust them 100%, always have fun parties, they have a great brotherhood from what I know and are always hanging out together at the house or at a bar. Definitely a sleeper frat.
